Distance changes the quote. Mahipalpur to a Cyber Hub hotel at 7 pm is not the same clock as a tower next to T3. Traffic is part of the rate conversation, not an excuse added at the door.
No advance. Cash after you have seen her. If a screenshot from another site shows a fixed “menu price”, ignore it.
How a number is set
We do not print a rupee figure on this page. A figure on a banner goes stale by Friday. The live number sits in chat after she has seen the hotel name and the window.
