3. Nature of Service

EscortsWala acts solely as a platform for connecting adult clients with independent adult service providers (companions). We do not provide, manage, or supervise the actual companionship services. All arrangements are made directly between you and the companion.

Services are strictly for companionship, conversation, social outings, and personal time — nothing beyond mutual consent is implied or guaranteed.

4. Zero Advance / Meet-First Policy

We operate on a strict zero-advance policy. You meet the companion first, verify identity and comfort, and only then proceed with any payment directly to the companion. This policy exists to protect both clients and providers.

5. Payment & Fees

All payments are made directly to the companion in cash, UPI, or other agreed methods after meeting. EscortsWala does not process or hold any funds. We do not charge any platform fee or commission from clients.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect minimal personal information (name, phone number, email) only for booking facilitation. We do not store sensitive financial data. All communications are encrypted. We never share your information with third parties except when legally required.

7. User Conduct

• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Harassment, coercion, or non-consensual behavior will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.
• You must respect the companion’s boundaries at all times.

8. Companion Safety & Verification

All companions undergo ID verification (Aadhaar/Passport + recent photos + video call). We maintain strict safety protocols and reserve the right to refuse service to any client suspected of unsafe behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

EscortsWala is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or services provided by independent companions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
